Mike Roloff
Mike is the founder, head craftsman and technical lead of Roloff Construction. With almost 40 years in the remodeling industry, he has the experience and the expertise to take on any construction project. By overseeing the day-to-day production of every project, he ensures the company’s high standards of quality are built in. His philosophy is that every project should be done well—or not at all.
Nathalie Roloff
Nathalie is the co-owner and design lead of Roloff Construction. To each remodeling project, she brings a unique mix of design and technical ability gained largely from an engineering career. In addition, Nathalie’s 18-plus years of construction and project management experience enable her to provide proven leadership for every project. She believes that detailed planning is key to any successful design or construction project.
